Liminal Works is the home of the art and illustration of Melissa McClanahan.
In my previous professional life, I was once asked if I was “Obsessed with death?” from a potential employer during an interview. It was then that I started to carve out a separate name and place for my artwork.
These days I thankfully don’t have to be so separated from my feral nature. I am obsessed with life, nature and mythic fantasy. Which does include a little death now and then.
I reside in southwestern Ohio with my long suffering husband, our goblin-prince of a child and two sweet derpy cats.
